They are the teachers. I am the student. I am used to a workflow that uses cascading windows. And as such a workflow that uses full screen all the time is different. I'm old. I've got thirty years computing experience. This is jarring. For me. For you I'm sure it's fun and smells like a yummy chocolate bar. For me it's colored like chocolate but most certainly is not. :-P

> What? I think you need to be criticing your work colleages, how they use anything is nothing to do with Microsoft. Rught now, at work I have two screens looking at 5 applications. I have tabs at the top, taskbar at the bottom, I can flick between everything in an instant.
