Meh. I have strong opinions. But if your whole life you've lived with a fork and spoon and now get thrust into using chopsticks it's gonna be rough. And for me. It is.

As much as there isn't much time in this life I don't truly hate. But I frustrated. Not with your post but with my experience.
That said. Some people on the floor make more money than the site manager. I've heard $7500 to $15000 per month among the best. And I've heard of $3000-7500 bonuses among just above average people. That. Well for that. I'll use windows and pretend it's chocolate. Or coffee. Or puppy dog tails.
