I got a call yesterday, Pat. My iPad was waiting for me to pick it up, so of course I had to drop everything and get over to the store, hurry back home, and get started setting it up! I did take time to get a nightshot with my iPhone of the skyline standing on the bridge over the Rhine River, though.

My first pleasant surprise was that the iPad was 85% charged when it came out of the box. Next one was how fast the back-up went (I backed it up using my Cloud back-up from my iPad Mini done the day before.) The third nice surprise was how fast the apps all installed! Never had such a fast set-up before using a back-up. I'm very glad I got the 128 GB, too! My case from the first Air fits fine with one small exception. I am going to have to see if I can saw out more of the hole for the camera since the lens of the Air 2 is partially hidden by the case.

As many people have said, the display is absolutely beautiful, as is the whole device.

What model did you order? I got the 128GB gold with an Olive Brown smart cover & I think it's the best model ever. It's really fast, the display is crisp & clear & the camera has been improved, but I haven't used it much because I'm too busy enjoying that feature on the iPhone 6! My iPad Air went to my adult daughter & she is really enjoying it; she was shocked at the weight the first time she picked it up! The only thing sad in my house these days is my bank account!
