AT&T charges extra to use an iPhone as a hotspot. Verizon gives that to their customers at no extra charge. It seems that the iPhone is trying to do something that AT&T doesn't allow. It's confusing.

It is a bug that is supposedly being worked on by Apple & AT&T, but I'm not expecting a quick fix!
