When they click on the listings, a blank page shows up. With all of the
other browsers the list of listings show up and the client can click on
each one, indicate whether or not they like it, and I see the results. I
have tried to open these emails on my own iPad and unless I copy the
address, and paste it into chrome I don't get the same results.

Hmmm. That's really odd. Amost never happens to me and I get quite a few emails with links included.
