Believe it or not, it's in books.


If your iPod or iPad is connected to the computer, then you click the arrow next to it in the left hand column and it shows all the categories, and audiobooks are there.

But if you're just looking at your computer without a device connected, then it's in books.

Try that and see if it works.   That's where my many audiobooks are stored.
