Re: [iPad] Free sci-fi novella

Thanks. Sometimes I get list in a book, then a prequel comes out and I think, why wasn't that written first. I would have known what was going on.

I don't think it really matters.   I read Breakers first because it was written first.   If Outcome had been out at the same time, I probably would have read it first.

My husband votes for Outcome first.   Outcome is a novella, so it's a lot shorter.

I downloaded Breakers and Outcome. In your opinion, should I start with Outcome before Breakers?

There's a free novella in ebook for Kobo today at SpecFicDaily.com called Outcome. Written by my son, Edward W Robertson, it's a prequel to his popular novel Breakers.

Breakers was great, a real page turner. I haven't had a chance to read this one yet - it just came out - but his stuff is really good. It's full of humor usually as well as having a good plot and interesting characters.

It's available for Kjndle and the other e-readers too (and the apps for them on iPad) but some of them are $.99 instead of free.

Hope you'll indulge the shameless familial promotion! He's finally making that creative writing degree from NYU pay.
