I would really like a retina screen.  It is wonderful to have it on the iPhone and it does make a difference for old eyes.  I also would like two cameras, a usb port, and more storage on the basic model if we are just wishing.

Before I got my iPhone, I would have said the cameras would be very tempting.  But the iPhone has a camera, so it isn't a pressing need for me now.  I would say that a retina screen would be really tempting, but I haven't heard that there is much likelihood of that for iPad 2.
