In addition, mail used to get pushed on to your BB, long before any other handset supported it. Once a system is in place, well established and accepted, it requires an extremely compelling reason to replace it with a new one. Perhaps, iPhone in its first versions did not give any.
This makes sense. I can see why now. ThanksCarol*******************************************************
It is the system they have chosen. One is not better than the other, just depends on your (or the company's) needs. Probably they use proprietary software and have a developer on staff that develops BB apps and not iPhone apps. Or they started using BB before the iPhone came out and saw no reason to switch. BB has an Enterprise service specifically for businesses. I'm sure Apple has the same for iPhone, but the company has to make a choice. Each company has their own specific reasons.
Sent from Nicole's iPadI would like to know "Why" any employer wants you to use a BB over an iPhone? Do they think it is better? What would their reason be?Carol
