I, too, get these errors with my iPad Air 2.
I recently did an app clean up on my iPad and I found that these errors occur with apps that are no longer really supported by the developers. So I think it is not your iPad that is the problem but rather that you have some old legacy apps that are unsupported.
I did not get these messages until the most recent update of iOS 10, though I had these old apps on my iPad and used some of them before the update.
So before you go and buy a new iPad make sure that the reason you buy one is to be able to use the new features of iOS 10 (if you want them).
