I disagree. Maybe in first world countries can can say some but I doubt you can say many in the USA. Blazing fast south of the USA border is 3megs. That's top speed. Many in the USA still have slow speeds too

Slow internet connections are a thing of the past for many. Not all, but many. 3mbit is all you need or less.
