I have the 4 but have had no problems. We use closed captioning on everything.

I'd like to ask Roku users if any of you use closed captioning.  We had a Roku 3 (I think is was) and I couldn't get it to work on there.  It would say "not available" but the same program on Apple TV or Amazon had the CC on it.  Thanks ...
