The rumor I heard is a possible 10.5" (diagonal).
The "Baby Pro" is 9.7".
The (only a possible) new one would have all of 17% more screen area — and be heavier — and cost more.

I bought a Baby Pro to replace a 4th-gen iPad.
I think it is far and away the best tablet ever made.
