I can't seem to get on wifi. It's currently just one hotspot. Others can. My iPhone 5 can. I've done the following. Forget this network. Toggle airplane. Restarted. With and without airplane on. Reset all network settings. Next is reset all settings right?Extra. I first noticed when I got to Nicaragua and put in their chip that they had issues getting it going and finally got it going but no email. Email was only on wifi. Now at my current spot I can get celly data but not on wifi. Actually now my first stop in Nicaragua I was able to get on wifi. Not my current stop.I *think* the next step is reset all settings. After that it's erase my iPhone right? No. No AppleCare. Not enough international minute to call either and no apple authorized dealer within a day of here.Of note. My iPhone was replaced due to faulty battery. iPhone 6s.Thoughts??

In public places, I usually end up turning off wifi and using cellular. Have to pay AT&T more than I'd like for more bandwidth, but the peace of mind - knowing that I needn't worry about over-charges - is worth the cost. It seems most public wifi routers are installed and/or maintained poorly.
The "others can" is puzzling. Other iPhones? Someone *always* can?
There are *so* many things in the Rube Goldberg chain that need to go just right for this stuff to work as advertised. Too much, really. Users are guinea pigs for the consumer-electronics industry.
