Tatts are not new and they are common. I see this is a clear and obvious expectation, along with natural skin colours, and skin anomalies.
If Heavy Tatts all the way down to the wrist are common in NZ, they sure aren't in my area. Anyhow I imagine Apple will refund money to those affected. So no great harm
