If you wish the iPad to duplicate messages on the iPhone,
you need to set the Send and Recieve At details to be
similar, i.e, have the same details as the iPhone iMessage
Send and Recieve At. I dont ahve my iPad with me, but
compare the Settings - iMessage settings to ensure they are
similar in terms of the same email addresses, etc
