SwiftKey allows you to swipe on the iPhone, but not on the iPad.
Swype allows swiping on both devices, but you have to pay 99 cents for the app.

I haven't found SwiftKey to be like Swype because you can't swipe letters. The Swype keyboard in the App Store does the swipe like the Android Swype keyboard does.

He said it is a lot like Swipe for Android. I haven't tried it on my iPad yet, but I have used it on my iPhone, and it works pretty well.
