It's in the app store, and it's free. You add the keyboard to your device, then when you want to use it you choose it in the keyboard settings (the globe on your keyboard. To type, you drag your finger across the letters that you need. It gives you predictive words above the keyboard a you slide. They say the  more you use it, the more accurate it gets.

A coworker showed me SwiftKey recently and I was wondering if anyone else uses it?  He said it is a lot like Swipe for Android. I haven't tried it on my iPad yet, but I have used it on my iPhone, and it works pretty well.
