Have you been tapping on the part of the image that you want to photograph in order to set the focus & exposure? Here's a short article on the subject:
Hi I am working in Evernote...add some recipes that are printed up...I am using the camera feature to take a picture of the recipe...but sometime when using the camera it does not come in focus...it stays blurred. Other time it just focuses right in. Does anyone know why it does this and how can I force the camera to focus. I am moving the camera back and forth to see if it will focus...but no luck.
