I expect it will the iWatch, health functions,  and Apple TV getting new and extra functionality.

Ha!  Same here:  wanting, yes.  Affording, no!  I have read that they are working on some medical uses for it, things that are going to make the health care of the future more efficient and less expensive.  These rumors are based on the fact that certain medical specialists have been hired by Apple within the past couple of years.
