Thank you for the instructions. The problem is that I don't see 'edit' anywhere in there. I follow your instructions, but nothing there but Mailboxes in the top center. Then below that is the list of the four folders;
Inbox, VIP, Sent, Trash. and no way to add more.
Frustrating.

fyi: I have the iPad mini first edition.
