When I set up my Apple mail account on the iPad Air, I kept getting an error message when I opened mail that there were problems connecting, but all of my mail would be there. I deleted the account and entered it again, but nothing changed. On Thursday my Exchange account quit working completely. Again, I deleted the account and entered it again but nothing.
I then decided to restore the iPad and received the following message on my laptop.
