We apologize for any inconvenience you may have been experiencing. We are in the process of restoring all impacted Zinio services and expect to be functioning later today.

 

Our initial investigation indicates intermittent issues began on Friday and then ultimate service outage occurred Saturday evening as a result of an unexpected power failure. While our teams are working diligently on our systems to return them to full operations, we remain thankful for your continued support and patience during this time.

 

We value you as a customer and intend to work tirelessly until affected operations are fully restored.
