I've been using swipe for a while now and still haven't gotten the hang of double letterers like in the word too. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Kris, I should try that. I couldn't get along without it. after a little practice (just a few minutes for me) it speeds up typing about 10 fold. I can swype in text almost as fast as I can talk. Of course I have to proof but I have to do that anyway. Accuracy improves with use as well. It's amazing, though, how sloppy you can be and it still gets it right most of the time.
The worst swype fail I have had was when I swyped in "Purnima can I borrow your vibratome" and it changed it to "Penis can I borrow your vibrator". luckily I caught it before sending.

For the most part it works well, however, fairly often the keyboard just doesn't come up at all, or only comes up 2/3 of the way at times when you need it, like commenting on facebook or sending an email. If I turn the screen off and back on, then the stock keyboard comes up, if you try to select the Swype keyboard the keyboard just goes away. I can make it come back by going to settings and reselecting swype as the keyboard and telling it to either allow or don't allow whatever it is it asks about. Then it works normally for a while. This annoyance is one of the main reasons why I bought the new iPad professional (not the bigg one) recently, however, it still happens, not as often, but enough to be annoying. I use Swype on my Android phone and it doesn't happen. I am assuming it is a bug in the Swype app itself. Anybody have any ideas?Thanks,Julie--Julie Mavity-Hudson
