What I meant was. There are implications and things that happen because of getting your arm COVERED  in ink that one must consider before doing this. Future kids. Future employers. Future this.  Future that. While unseen this is one of those things that one MUST consider before getting COVERED in ink. While my extensive ink is elsewhere I certainly realize it could have an impact upon my life. Apparently I won't be getting an apple watch stapled to my back lol

I agree. The watch works on all natural skin colors. The inks of tattoos block sensor light. It's unfortunate, but I don't imagine a workaround will be easy -- or even possible.

Any scientists or engineers in the group have insight into the situation?
