If i remember correctly cyanogenmod still performs best on low spec devices.

Very complimentary.  Interesting that iOS and Androids apps are easily ported to Windows Mobile, that will help their mobile hardware as their hardware is pretty darn good. It performs better on low specced phones than the others.
 
I'm quite keen to have a looksee at Windows 10
