I just spent 3-1/2 hours on the phone with Apple only to find out that now instead of creating in the app on the dock, I have to go to Safari, iCloud.com, and then Pages. Very annoying, and definitely not easier.

If I open Pages (or Numbers) on my Mac, it opens, as usual, on my Mac.
I recently received an email attachment which was an MSOffice .doc file; I double-clicked on it, and it started up Pages and opened on my computer *in* Pages. I then saved it to the Pages section of my iCloud account so I could later open in on my iPad.
