We can download User Guides in iBooks for our iPhones and iPads, but I cannot find the OSX equivalent.
Open iBooks in MacOS X
Search in the book store for "iOS 8"
The first 2 responses I get are:
"iPhone User Guide for iOS 8"and"iPad User Guide for iOS 8".
