Right now there's a hack for CGM in the cloud. It requires an android phone and people are using it for Dexcom CGMS. They set it up and it turns your iPhone and or Pebble watch etc into a receiver for the Dexcom Sensor and transmitter. Parents are finding the "Nightscout" app (CGMS in the cloud) a boon for keeping an eye on their kids' bg levels where ever the kid may be.
I use the Dexcom myself and carry the receiver with me. But for those who would really need the remote benefits, this is pretty cool.
I would love to see more integration of my insulin pump, BG meter and Dexcom so I can upload the data and send it all to my CDE or Doctor's. Would be cool....
