There are a ton -- just what do you consider "nothing as complex as
Painter?" The problem is in qualifying it for you. I suggest that you
search at the AppStore and look at all the possibilities and then weed
out those which you feel are too complex for you and then come back with
a list of possible candidates and ask if anybody has experience with any
of them or would be able to compare them for you.
