I did that. I think it's a Comcast issue. I think they are just slow today. Although I don't know why those notes didn't go out. I was unaware they had not until this other issue came up.
Have you tried rebooting by holding down the Home & On/Off buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on your screen?
