Gotta love my local government. The city garbage truck go a flat tire in front of my house so a supervisor had to come out and look at it to make sure it was flat. Then he called in another truck with two people to change the tire. Then another garbage truck was called in for a replacement. That of course required an extra driver and truck. The original driver got paid overtime since the route ran late. True story. My tax dollars hard at work.
