Yeah, that's pretty much how I've felt about that feature. *Running*, yes - that's useful.
I do use that line of recently-run apps to return to something - pop the stack. It's annoying, though, not knowing where the line is - where live apps end and dead apps begin.
BTW, does it seem to anyone besides me that the scrolling motion of those apps is rougher, less smooth after 7.0.1 (or whatever the don't-make-them-seasick update number was)?
what is the benefit of knowing an app was recently used?
