Re: [iPad] Google search in Safari

This requires keeping an eye on the letters as typed/autocorrect *AND* the
on-screen keyboard at the same time. If I know I'm typing in the right word
I'm not looking to "correct" it & don't notice that auto-correct has decided
that "Carderock" should be "careerwise" or some such. I can generally "feel"
if I've hit a wrong letter & correct it then; I can't feel it if autocorrect
has corrected my correct word to something unrecognizable until later
(sometimes quite a lot later.)

when it autocorrects, tap the small X in the suggestion box to stop
autocorrection for that word

Can spell check be turned off on the search window in Safari?
It keeps auto-correcting me and changing what I search for!
Thanks
