I can see the issue, Apple is using the 30% to pump up the price of Spotify, making it more expensive that Beats. It is anti competitive. Spotify can just keep the free service, or dveleope a web based access to the premium service.
The RIAA needs to go, allow the artists to formulate their own central managament system. So that they can earn money. They dont at the moment, they need the RIAA who controls radio stations to get air play, so they have to do tours to make a buck.

Agreed. And. Furthermore. How much. Err what percentage does the riaa charge artists? Is it only 30% or is it much much higher? The latter, of course.

I find it amazing that any company would be complaining about the fact that Apple charges them 30% to gain access to Apple's huge customer base. Equally amazing is all the press this has received.Pat
