Re: [iPad] iTunes/Nicole

It might be what one is accustomed to. Once in awhile i get stumped but most of the time iTunes works like a champ for me. I have always used Macs. Perhaps that is the key. I'm no whiz kid but pretty good with Macs.

I am often the one my friends come to for help with their computers and I am always trying to improve the advice that I give. As far as asking about computer expertise, I am wondering if there is a correlation between difficulty with iTunes and levels of computer knowledge. There are at least two people with considerable computer knowledge that have trouble with or don't like iTunes as well as other with less computer knowledge so there probably is no correlation.
