Hello to everyone,
When it comes to iTunes, I agree with Barry. I am well aware that iTunes is a very powerful program with many functions. However, I used to evaluate software several years ago, and I can tell you that "capability", while important, is only one of many factors that are considered when rating software. Another major category is "ease of use" and in this area, iTunes would score poorly. Even though there are those who are very comfortable using iTunes, it has to be acknowledged that there are many users who find iTunes difficult to manage. When critiquing software, it's not the "satisfied's"... it's the "unsatisfied's" that have the most impact.
Just my 2¢,
Jo

And in my 35 years as a programmer and my 50 years as a user of programs I've both seen and written some pretty sorry software.  I know bad when I see it.  And I love to spread the word. :)
