Re: [iPad] Apple's Siri-based Echo competitor to carry premium price, feature high-end audio with 1 woofer & 7 tweeters

I like Pat really like my Echo.  I have two devices.  Echo and Tap.  Best feature is the music.  We use the tap outside.  It is just right for that purpose.  Nine hour battery.  Will play anything one wants via my network.  Loud enough, but not overwhelming to disturb the neighbors.  It's affordable.  Apple will build a nice one.  But will it compete.  We know it will be expensive.  Amazon has the music.  And Alexa can order anything they sell.

We shall see  Apple has a ways to go.

My own investment in the Apple ecosystem makes me hope this rumor comes to fruition even though I really like my Echo.
