About half that time on my iPhone 6s updating OTA yesterday. So far everything seems the same.

Installed 10.3 on an iPhone 6 Plus and an iPad Air 2.
Took about an hour on the iPhone. Took maybe an hour and a half on the iPad, because it failed on the first try.
Successful boots both devices.
