Assuming they are both synced to iTunes on the same desktop or laptop then just plug it in and choose which songs go where. That not being the case maybe an app like Senuti on the computer can extract the songs.

I have a question. I have quite a few songs on one of my iPads. I only want the songs on one iPad. Is there away to remove the songs from my other iPad and iPhone and preserve the ones on one iPad? Thanks
