This same thing happened to me when I started using my new iPad Pro.  I eventually ended up calling Apple support because I could not solve it on my own.  Turns out that one of the hundreds of apps that I had restored to the new iPad had been originally purchased when I still used my old email address as my Apple ID. The hard part was figuring out which one was the culprit.  I recommend you get help from Apple, since it sounds like your device is new.
