he was referring to Apple bullying the media rights holders for content, so Apple can run their own streaming service. Apple wants a big cut, so despite years of deal trying, it hasn't happened, and I can't see it happening.  

The devices, well they are all cheap, Apple included. The best device is not tied to a provider. Its a seperate streaming device with all the apps that cover all the SVOD services.
