My iPad Pro needs a firmer touch with the new O/S.

Have you found a pattern? Be a shame not to be able to show them when you get there.Sometimes when I am working on my iPad Air 2 (128 GB) I find that the number key in the bottom left of the keyboard does not work and I have to move to a horizontal plane to type a number. That sounds like a hardware issue, and it is still under AppleCare.
Before I drive the long distance to an Apple Store, could it be anything else? I have done a full shutdown and also a hard reset. It doesn't do it always, maybe once every few days, but always when I am in the middle of something and often enough to be annoying.
And it did it before and after iOS 10.
Thoughts?

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
