I have problems with my iPad mini 2 and my iPhone 5. Has gotten worse with last few OS updates. Tapping anywhere on screen in numerous apps results in nothing but aggravation. Most of the time no problem but about 10 to 20 percent no response. I have rebooted and reset both.
