I mean rotate from portrait to landscape so that the number key is no longer in the far bottom left of the screen. Until I figured that out, I would have to write out the number because they key was not functioning.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seize up all the time but has for weeks.
And yes, I have done the robot and hard resets several times.
