I used to take 1000mg pills. I'd see most of it go out in my urine. I'm hoping 2 limes worth of vitamin c per day is good. ;-)
Tylenol. I think they just gave him one pill for the headache. He said it was a high dose. If I were to catch it is just take the pill the doctor gives.

Vitamin c cures everything! Really.No, it doesn't. Really.High doses.Most of which will be excreted unchanged in your urine. The more you take, the more you excrete.Be very careful with Tylenol.This I concur with.
