I believe resetting it will clean the iPad of all user data and settings, but will leave the latest installed iOS version in place. In order to use your iTunes and iCloud accounts, she will have to sign into them in Settings.

I have an iPad Air 1 and would like to give it to my niece. I want to reset it so that she will start off with a clean slate, so to speak, but I want her to be able to use my iTunes and iCloud accounts. Is this possible? Also, if I reset it, will IOS 10 still be on it or will it go back to the original IOS version? I apologize if these questions have been answered before. I searched but couldn't find anything.
Thanks,
Raymia

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
