Here's an Apple support article that I hope will be helpful.  I also saw several recommendations via a Google search for PhotoSync, but I haven't used it myself.

I know this has been discussed before but I didn't pay attention as I didn't need one, but now I do. My husband just bought an iPad and wants to transfer photos from the PC to his iPad. Has anyone used Photo Sync or do you have any to recommend.

Also, if he deletes a photo from the iPad does it also delete from the computer?
