I use the new threading, but it annoys. Recently, I sent a reply to a threaded message. I wanted to save the message I replied to but save the send-me-a-copy copy. Nope, iOS saved the whole flipping thread.
I suppose that sounds trivial, but it is counterintuitive…
On the one hand, I generally delete around 90% of my email, usually after reading it. That results in a lot less of a thread being left to distract me.
On the one hand, although I "Organize by conversation", I read the messages in the thread individually:
So if I choose to delete, or move, or save the message I'm reading, only that one message is affected.
