Re: [iPad] Case loses connection to iPad

Seems like the Bluetooth on either the clam case or iPad is stating to feel it's age. ;) you could take the shotgun approach first and reset all setting on the iPad or erase the iPad and set it up as new (not from backup) if it's the latter maybe you can wait until iOS 10 hits and do it all at once with a new iOS??

I got my iPad Mini in the fall of 2014. I got a ClamCase for it at that time:

Lately, it will often happen that I'm working on the iPad, and the software keyboard comes up on the screen. IOW, the case and iPad are no longer paired. ClamCase support has told me how to get the iPad and case paired again in this situation. I've also found that if I simply shut down the iPad and turn it on a bit later, it will be paired with the case again.

My question is, is this normal? Should it be happening? The ClamCase is out of warranty, but would buying a new case be likely to help? Would the new case be likely to develop the same problem over time?
